You can visit the surgery hours after making an appointment by phone during the day. For this you call 023-5312207.
Choose option 3 to speak to the assistant and make an appointment.
The assistant can ask you what your question and complaint are. So she can estimate which kind of help you need, the urgency of your complaint and which of the surgery hours is best to discuss your complaint.

Some ground rules:
we kindly request you to only use the emergency line, option 1 in the menu, for serious medical emergencies. This means in case of life threatening situations.

Please try to make the appointment during 8:00 and 12:00 in the morning, so the assistants can manage the dairies and help you as good as possible. During the afternoon, the assistants have other tasks in organising the practice and in patient care.
Of course we understand that some complaints cannot be predicted, and therefore you can reach us all day by phone.
